Yes! All renters are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance that covers the replacement value of the rented film/photography equipment.

This is often called “Inland Marine Insurance” which covers rented equipment from others.

You must ask your insurance provider to list Bad Neighbor LLC as both the additionally insured and loss payee on the insurance policy.

Please do not send us General Liability insurance as this is not what we need to rent equipment out.

Sharegrid is a rental platform that offers short term insurance to cover every rental and keep both parties at ease.

Otherwise we suggest getting inland marine insurance through a company like Athos or similar.

We are located near Old Town San Diego. Just minutes from the San Diego International Airport and Downtown.

We are open by appointment only but available 7 days a week.

All rentals are available to pick up at 1pm(or later) on the pickup day

All rental returns are due back by Noon on the return day.

Orders picked up before 1pm on the pickup day will be charged an additional 1 day rental fee.

Orders returned later than Noon on the return day will inquire an additional rental day fee for being late.

Yes! We have one medium sized prep room to build and test equipment before taking it on the job.

Available upon request.

Yes! We do offer delivery and pickup within San Diego County for an additional fee dependent on distance from our HQ.
